All orders for domestic addresses are delivered using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on the total weight of items ordered. Orders will be processed by the College Shop team within 3-5 business days from the date of order, and an email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. Delivery will take 2-6 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please see Australia Posts’ Standard Delivery Timetable.
If you do not receive your order within 2-6 business days from the date of dispatch advised by email, you can contact Australia Post or track your order online at austpost.com.au/track using the reference number supplied to you.

An order collection option is offered at checkout. Once your order has been fulfilled by the College Shop, you will receive an email to advise that the order is ready for collection from the onsite College Shop located at Pymble Ladies’ College. The orders may be collected by a nominated student or member of the Pymble community whose name has been provided during checkout. An invoice (email receipt) is required upon collection as proof of purchase.
Orders may be collected Monday to Friday (during term time) between 12.00pm to 4.30pm.

You are entitled to a refund or exchange for items you purchase from the Online Centenary Shop if the item is:
- Not acceptable quality
- Does not match the description
- Does not match the sample in the description provided.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, we will offer you a refund or exchange provided that the item is returned within 30 days from the time of purchase and is unused. If these requirements are not met, Pymble Ladies’ College reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund on the purchase. If all conditions have been met, the refund will be credited to the credit card the payment was originally made on.
How to return a product ordered from the Online Centenary Shop
Products ordered from the Online Centenary Shop can be returned within 30 days from time of purchase, by visiting the College Shop at Pymble Ladies’ College. You will need your invoice (order confirmation email) as proof of purchase. The College Shop is open Monday to Friday (during term time) between 12.00pm to 4.30pm.

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer.
